With the rise of AI, the importance of seamless interactions between humans and computers is growing. Conversational Design is a collective of disciplines that creates a consistent and effective experience for users interacting with software, mobile devices, audio assistants and more. In this talk, we will review the tenets of successful conversational design.

Lynsey Gwin is an interactive designer in the Baton Rouge area. As a designer and front-end developer of 15 years, she has worked with companies of all sizes to build brand affinity through user experience.
